Happy Thanksgiving to all Canadians!
This Thanksgiving, it's important to remember that there is so much to be thankful about.
The three important things that I am thankful for are:
- The Pandemic - The pandemic, despite uprooting what used to be our normal, has helped create a new normal. I've mentioned this before, but without the pandemic, I would not have spent as much time with my friends and family as I have in the past year.
- Friends & Family - It's great to have a close knit group of friends and family, that you can rely on and visit.
- Learning & Growing - This year, I started a new job; Moreover, a few of my hobbies carried forward from last year (i.e. photography, woodworking), and this year I've started to take my love for learning to 3D-Print, seriously. Without the Pandemic, I would've likely not spent much time focusing on a change in jobs and hobbies.
There are only a few more months left before this year comes to an end. So despite all of it's challenges last year, and the continuing challenges this year, spend a few minutes to look back and connect the dots on what it is that you are thankful for. I am sure you can find more things than you thought. 🙂
